High Intensity Discharge (HID) is a new type of lighting technology that`s primarily different from the conventinal halogen bulbs that use a heated tungsten filament. Unlike Halogen lamps, HID lamps dont have a filament but create a light by the arc between two electrodes. We have many different sizes to choose from and you should be able to find a flashlight that suits your needs. Bulbs used in our flashlights are of the type PHILIPS Burner, GE Burner and Korea Burner. Power and voltage varies from flashlight to flashlight. Our smallest flashlights use 2 pcs of CR123A/123A batteries same used in most digital cameras.
